Important Notice from Alaska Board of Pharmacy
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING LICENSING OF NEW CATEGORIES:
SB 37 takes effect on July 1, 2019, which will authorize the Alaska Board of Pharmacy to license out-of-state wholesale drug distributors, third-party logistics providers (3PL), and outsourcing facilities. At this time, there are no applications available to apply for these license categories; however, the board is actively working on drafting regulations to implement these statutes.
