2020-D
 ~ Amends the CDS licensing rules to implement a new category of such licenses for hemp testing facilities.
               04-24-2020 - Draft #1 added to agenda for Regulation Revision Committee.


2020-C
 ~ Adds a new section - §1145 ~ State of Emergency to Chapter 11 ~ Pharmacies and imposes dispensing limitations on certain drugs used in the COVID-19 pandemic.
               03-21-2020 - Draft #1 approved by Board President under emergency proclamation.
               03-22-2020 - Issued as an Emergency Rule.
               03-23-2020 - Emergency Rule rescinded.


2020-B 
~ Amends the definition of "drugs of concern" in Chapter 29 - Prescription Monitoring Program to add gabapentin and promethazine in oral liquid formulations.
               01-22-2020 - Regulation Revision reviewed Draft #1, requested one amendment, then voted to recommend the approval of Draft #2 to the Board.
               02-05-2020 - Board voted to approve Draft #2 for promulgation, upon the instruction of the President.
               02-13-2020 - Proposal incorporated into Regulatory Project 2020-1.


2020-A 
~ Amends the rules for marijuana pharmacies, to repeal the definition of marijuana which is already defined in the controlled substance law, to repeal the one month supply limitation on dispensing pharmacists, and to repeal the prohibition on dispensing non-controlled prescription drugs.
               01-22-2020 - Regulation Revision Committee reviewed Draft #1, requested one amendment, then voted to recommend the approval of Draft #2 to the Board.
               02-05-2020 - Board voted to approve Draft #2 for promulgation, upon the instruction of the President.
               02-13-2020 - Incorporated as Regulatory Project 2020-5.
