2018-K ~ Amends the PMP Law to grant access to state epidemiologists with Dept. of Health.

2018-F ~ Amends the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) Law to authorize designated representatives of the Medicaid program to access audit trail information for providers caring for Medicaid recipients.

2018-E ~ Amends the Controlled Substances Law to permit the partial filling of prescriptions for all medications listed in Schedule II, consistent with federal legislation adopted in 2016.
