Third Question of the Day June 9, 2014 Will the Government appeal the dismissal of the indictment in the horse doping case? Note: The government/US Attorney's Office/DOJ is very limited on when it is allowed by statute to file an appeal. Dismiss of an indictment is one time they are authorized to appeal.
