Third Question of the Day June 8, 2014 The question remains how the chief compliance officer of a state board of pharmacy can also be on the board of directors of that same states pharmacy association? The ethicial issues are huge. The conflict of interest unavoidable. Why does the state board of pharmacy allow any compliance officer to serve in any position that is a conflict of interest and raises ethical concerns?
