Reed Smith Atty's Widow, GSK Headed To Trial In Suicide Suit

Law360, Chicago (January 12, 2016, 4:05 PM ET) -- In a rare move Tuesday, an Illinois federal judge ruled that a suit filed by the widow of a Reed Smith LLP partner accusing GlaxoSmithKline PLC of concealing data linking its drug Paxil to suicide should move straight to trial, bypassing motions filed by the drugmaker.
