West Virginia Board of Pharmacy Meeting Scheduled for September 14-15, 2014

Board meeting scheduled September 14-15, 2014 

Sunday's meeting will be held at the Pullman Plaza Hotel in Huntington, WV.  It will start at 5:00 p.m., and will deal with internal items such as employee and staffing issues, and receiving the Complaint Committee report and recommendations.  Monday's meeting will be held at the Marshall University School of Pharmacy, on the VA Hospital campus, and will deal with multiple items, including such things as:

• Update on the pending Rules and Revisions
• Central Prescription Processing and related services request from Fruth Pharmacy
• Special requests from licensed pharmacists
• Potential uses of the NABP PARE Exam
• Board recommendations for Hydrocodone given the Federal move to Schedule II
• Etc.
