How can a pharmacy professional in good conscience solicit and provide kickbacks to mix dangerous prescription drugs for human or animal patients that are made with ingredients sold by repackaging firms or brokers without warranty on a container's actual contents and intended use? Is it possible that the U.S. has become a primary outlet for the global trade in otherwise rejected, poor quality or counterfeit chemicals that are then laundered/repurposed as personalized and customized prescriptions?
