Question of the Day October 13, 2013 In a recent ad a compounding organization suggests that pharmacists have the "right" to compound? Where is this right found in the U.S. Constitution or a state Constitution? Are they suggesting they are "entitled" to compound because they are pharmacists? How do they have the "right" to provide patients with unapproved drugs to patients for self enrichment? Where is the "right" of patients to take unapproved drugs that may harm them found in our laws?
