Is it fair for some in the compounding pharmacy industry to claim that there were only a few violators of laws and regulations when there have been numerous prosecutions and numerous 482s showing otherwise (and that is the evidence of only those who have been caught at this point)? If stricter laws and regulations are not the answer and state boards of pharmacy enforcing their laws on the books hasn't work then what is the answer?
