Rules adopted at the November 2015 Board meeting were published as adopted in the December 4, 2015, issue of the Texas Register and became effective December 6, 2015. Rules proposed at the November Board meeting will be posted in the December 18, 2015 issues of the Texas Register. The proposed rules will be considered for adoption at the next TSBP board meeting on February 3, 2016 You may view a summary of the adopted and proposed ruleshere. Please note underlined language is new language and language that is being deleted is lined out. All other language is currently in the rules and is not being changed..
