Common Violations on Pharmacy Inspections ♦ Expired drugs and unlabeled drugs in active stock. §40- 43-86(A)(16)(c) ♦ Out of range refrigerator/freezer temperatures. §40-43- 86(A)(16)(d) ♦ Consultant pharmacist performs written monthly inspections. §40-43-86(C)(1)(f) ♦ Education and training in the art and science of compounding. §40-43-86(CC)(3) ♦ All supplies and equipment required for administration of influenza vaccine per state protocol must be in stock.
