Second Question of the Day February 17, 2015 How many state board of pharmacy members who are also members of organizations representing compounders will recuse themselves from deciding whether to adopt the FDA MOU because of a conflict of interest? How many will at take measure to avoid the appearance of a conflict of interest? How many state ethics boards will start or in some cases continue to hold board members accountable for conflicts of interest or ethics violations?
