Question of the Day February 18, 2015 How many people have used compounded medications that didn't work for the reason prescribed? How many times do pharmacists, doctors, vets, dentist, etc. report this to state boards of pharmacy, the FDA, etc.? If they are not required to report the failure to work along with any adverse results why not? Isn't the failure to work something that should be report since the studies and trials required of drug manufacturers to prove that a product does say they say it does?
