Question of the Day February 17, 2015 So do compounding pharmacies stand by their claim that compounding is a state issue and should be regulated by state boards of pharmacies? Do they instead like the argument that compounding involves interstate commerce and they should be free to ship across state lines? Do any U.S. Constitution Experts want to chime in on the flaws in their arguments assuming one can figure out what their true argument is other than they don't want any involvement by the federal government? Even if that is true you now have a number of states getting on board and passing laws to limit compounders who manufacturers in disguise, so how does that factor into the compounders arguments?
