I think it would be a good idea for State Boards to be required to notify the "home" state of a pharmacy once approved or denied. And as far as Florida is concerned, I have suspected that their due diligence process is sub standard. There is no way that they would do what this board has done. Kudos to you Iowa. on Previously Iowa Board of Pharmacy Denied Z-Stat Medical LLC. d/b/a Oldsmar Pharmacy which federal search warrant was recently executed at (see attached order for board's denial)
