Pharmacy Tells Texas Justices It's A Health Care Provider By Jess Davis

Law360, Dallas (January 14, 2015, 6:16 PM ET) -- A compounding pharmacy on Wednesday asked the Texas Supreme Court to rule that its pharmacists are protected under a tort reform statute even when they provide medicine to doctors for office use instead of dispensing drugs to individual patients.
