Attorneys for Herbert Smulls filed a complaint with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Friday. They claim an unnamed Oklahoma compounding pharmacy is giving Missouri its doses of pentobarbital. The lawyers also say the pharmacy incorrectly told corrections officials they could store the drug at room temperature
