Seventh Question of the Day October 10, 2013 How are compounding pharmacies or pharmacists limiting their liability when selling compounds tested by one of the testing labs called into question by the FDA? Is it negligent now not to disclose who your testing lab is? It is negligent to assure a customer that your preparation has been tested when in fact you have no way to be sure your test are valid if they are one of the testing labs called into questions. How are compounding pharmacies addressing this complex and complicated liability questions?
