Eighth Question of the Day October 10, 2013 Have any victims sued organizations such as PCBA, PCCA, or IACP in the NECC outbreak? Should they? Should liability extend to such groups especially if they granted

accreditation to compounding pharmacies that did not in fact meet the standards for such qualification or if such agencies assisted the pharmacies in resisting inspections, etc.  Is there any other area of law that is similar where such liability has been found?  In any event shouldn't the source where the bulk powders come from be potentially liable?  Discovery would allow develop of whether the source of powders or the actual powders had any cause and effect in the harm.
