Second Question of the Day December 4, 2013 How many FDA employees worked over the Thanksgiving holiday to get the guidance relating to the DQSA out as quick as possible? How many didn't receive any overtime pay for doing it because they are exempt employees? How many people recognize this as the employees representing and working on behalf of the United States of America as oppose to just "some government" function.
