14th Question of the Day December 7, 2013 Which makes attorneys more money: good compounders or bad compounders? Compounding pharmacies that comply with rules and regulations or those that don't?

"Bad money drives out good." the answer is obvious. Pharmacies that pay kickbacks or do split-fees with prescribers (or nursing homes, or other facilities), get more business than those that don't. And because these arrangements "restrict the patient's choice of pharmacy", the patient (and/or his/her insurance company or pet owner), pays more for each prescription than they otherwise would have.
