Pharmacy cited in meningitis cases let off hook in ’04; Records detail Another Reasons in Favor of the FDA Having Jurisdiction to Regulate Compounding Pharmacies;

The Boston Herald reports that back in 2004, state investigators wanted to discipline the compounding center, but NECC said they would go out of business if punished - and no punishment was leveled.  This is going to be another point in favor of the FDA having jurisdiction over compounding pharmacies.
