$1.1 M fund to battle addiction named for Asheboro pharmacist

CHAPEL HILL — The North Carolina Board of Pharmacy (NCBOP) has established a $1.1 million fund — named in honor of Asheboro pharmacist Stan Haywood — that will award grants to pharmacists and pharmacy personnel who might otherwise not be able to afford substance use assessments and/or treatment.
