    Coverage of Today's Court Proceedings in U.S. v. Barry Cadden, et. al., With Copies of Orders on Conditions for Release for Cadden and Chin

    In U.S. v. Barry Cadden, et. al., Magistrate Jennifer C. Boal, held the arraignment hearings for
    Gregory A. Conigliaro, Robert A. Ronzio, Kathy S. Chin and Michelle L. Thomas.  All entered pleas of not guilty.  The previously imposed conditions for release remain in effect.  
    The Initial Status Conference is set for 2/26/2015 at 11:30 a.m. in Courtroom 14 before Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal.   The court also held a bail review hearing for Gene Svirskiy.
    The Court found that there is no change as to previously imposed conditions of release for Svirskiy.

    Second Question of the Day December 19, 2014 Did the federal criminal case in NECC just change the legal reasonably prudent person standard of care for doctors, hospitals, clinics etc.? Therefore, not withstanding the AMA and other organizations's position wouldn't a reasonably prudent person buy from an FDA-registered and inspected outsourcing facility to limited any liability they might be exposed? Why or why not?
