Question of the Day June 18, 2013 Under the House Version of the Compounding Legislation How Does This Protect Public Safety, Especially if a State Fails to Notify the FDA?
For example, look at how many recent recalls there have been and very few states had these compounding pharmacies written up or fined for anything. What is the punishment to the state who fails to notify the FDA? How do you make the state who are not complying now comply?
