2019-C ~ Amends the Prescription Monitoring Program (PMP) Law to allow federal jurisdictions, electronic health record systems and pharmacy information systems to have access to the PMP database through the PMP Gateway service.
               01-16-2019 - Regulation Revision Committee voted to recommend the approval of Draft #1 to the Board.
               02-19-2019 - Draft #1 approved for filing by the Board.
               03-29-2019 - Incorporated in SB 53; prefiled for 2019 Regular Session.
               08-01-2019 - Effective date of Act 80 (SB 53).


2019-B ~ Amends the Controlled Substances Law, specifically the licensing section, to authorize the Board to require certain applicants for a state CDS license to submit to a criminal history record check as part of the licensing process.
               01-16-2019 - Regulation Revision Committee voted to recommend the approval of Draft #1 to the Board.
               02-19-2019 - Draft #1 approved for filing by the Board.
               03-29-2019 - Incorporated in HB 375; prefiled for 2019 Regular Session.
               08-01-2019 - Effective date of Act 219 (HB 375)
  

2019-A ~ Amends the Controlled Substances Law to add additional substances to Schedule I, consistent with DEA scheduling actions since the last legislative session.
               01-16-2019 - Regulation Revision Committee voted to recommend the approval of Draft #2 to the Board. 
               02-19-2019 - Board accepted technical amendments requested by the La. State Police, then approved Draft #3 for filing.
               03-29-2019 - Incorporated in HB 138; prefiled for 2019 Regular Session.
