Roca Can't Unfreeze Assets To Pay Legal Fees, Judge Says

A Florida federal judge has refused a request by diet pill maker Roca Labs and its owners to release some of the company's frozen assets to defend against a Federal Trade Commission false advertising lawsuit, ruling that it had not shown the money was needed to pay defense costs.
