Express Scripts Wants Pharmacies To Back Up Antitrust Suit

Express Scripts Inc. on Monday asked a Missouri federal court to order several independent pharmacies accusing the pharmacy benefit manager of conspiring to eliminate competition for compounded drugs to hand over materials backing up the antitrust allegations, arguing the pharmacies’ various privilege claims and objections don’t apply.
