Update on Case Relating to Compounded Pain Creme in Southern District of Houston (Diamond Pharmacy and Save-Rite) U.S.v Tamara Mitchell, Michael V Kelly et al

On July 13, 2016 Joyce Ann Gilmore-James entered a plea agreement.  On July 14, 2016, the grand jury returned a superceding indictment as to  as to Tamara Mitchell (1) count(s) 1s, 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, Michael V Kelly (2) count(s) 1s, 2s, 3s, filed.  Pretrial conference for Mitchell and Kelly has been set for October 19, 2016
