Orange County DA Sues Over Niaspan Pay-For-Delay Scheme

The Orange County district attorney has filed a lawsuit in a California state court against Teva, AbbVie and other pharmaceutical companies, alleging they conspired to delay generic competition for cholesterol medication Niaspan and racked up $6.7 billion of drug sales at artificially inflated prices.
