October 05, 2016, Indianapolis, IN -- The Indiana Board of Pharmacy voted yesterday to suspend the pharmaceutical license of three Indiana pharmacists following the Indiana Attorney General’s Office request for immediate suspensions. The board voted unanimously in favor of suspending the licenses of Elaine Slipetz, R.Ph. of Syracuse, Indiana, Kristina L. Luers, R.Ph. of Indianapolis, and Kristin McCoy, CPhT of Trafalgar. The petitions were filed after it was determined that allowing these pharmacists to continue to practice in Indiana posed a clear and immediate danger to the general public.
