Chicago Says Recent Decision Backs Opioid Marketing Suit

The city of Chicago on Tuesday blasted arguments by several pharmaceutical companies that a recent high court decision does not support the city's claims that the companies violated a local false claims ordinance by deceptively marketing opioid painkillers, some prescriptions for which were reimbursed by the city.
