Question of the Day March 17, 2016 What power does a state board of pharmacy have to discipline or remove board members when it learns they have violated the boards rules and regulations or violated state or federal laws regarding illegal agreements or kickbacks? Have any state boards of pharmacy taken action to remove members? Will any in the future?
