Doctor Who Falsely Diagnosed Hundreds Of Patients As Part of a Medicare Fraud Scheme Pleads Guilty Dr. Isaac Kojo Anakwah Thompson, 57, of Delray Beach, pled guilty to one count of health care fraud.
