Question of the Day August 16, 2014 Should state boards of pharmacy require that the pharmacist in charge be physically located and present at the pharmacy they are in charge of and for a specific amount of time thus precluding pharmacists from serving as PICs in name only and also preventing them from serving as the PIC for several pharmacies so that a pharmacy can ship to a specific state that a PIC may be licensed in?
