Fourth Question of the Day August 17, 2014 Should federal inspectors and investigators be looking at the actual prescriptions to see if the same compounded formula is being prescribed over and over by the same doctor and the same compounding pharmacy is filling that script? Doesn't this show it is not patient specific, not traditional compounding and is in fact illegal if the pharmacy is not registered as an outsourcing facility?
