Third Question of the Day July 20, 2014 How many state board of pharmacy could produce right now a list of the adverse reactions from compounded medications in their state? How many make cross-reference reviews such as compounding pharmacy A had 5 reactions from pain creams and compounding pharmacy B had 5 reactions from the same pain cream formula? Who is tracking the reactions for the OTC compounded skin creams etc? How many pharmacists convince the patient they are not having an adverse reaction and that what is occuring is normal so as not to have to log an adverse event?
