Note the ASPL has an excellent summary of legal cases relating to pharmacy law that it produces each month; if you aren't already a member of ASPL it might be well worth joining to receive these summaries. For example in the most recent e-news ASPL discusses several cases on pharmacist liability regarding patient counseling. Looks like this is becoming a hot issue in the pharmacy world these days.
