- Pharmaceutical Sales – National Compound Pharmacy - 1099 Reps
NATIONWIDE EXPANSION: This is not your typical Pharma or Medical sales position. No Layoffs Here!
Founded in 2009, by Industry Executives who worked for Bayer, Pegasus, and Charter Health; Mackenzie HealthCare is Seeking Compound RX Reps, as well as Pharmaceutical, Medical, or Insurance Reps (with strong Physician relationships) to sell our Compound Pharmaceutical Products in local territories. Our Pharmacy is licensed in all 50 states.
ALL Reps have Local Territories. Having Strong Doc Relationships is the key. Call on your Current Physicians.
Target Markets: MULTIPLE CALL POINTS: Ortho, Pain, Internal Medicine, General Practice, PCP, IM, Cardiology, Oncology, Dermatology, Plastic Surgeons, VA Hospitals, Veterinarians, Chiro, & Virtually all Physician Specialties.
Most Physicians know, understand, and regularly prescribe Compound Pharmaceuticals for Pain, Scar, and Podiatry issues. Most of the Physicians in our Call Points typically write 100-200 Compound RX’s per month/ per office. All you need is 5-10+ offices per month to be extremely successful.
If you have 1-10++ years of Pharmaceutical, Medical, Diagnostics, or Medical Insurance Sales experience and have current or very recent Physician or Vet Relationships, you will do extremely well. Your Commission is 50% on all sales, repeat sales, and refills. That’s the very best commission in the industry.
Many of our competitors are joining us for multiple reasons; maybe you’re facing the same situation; from NO major insurance reimbursements, to reps having to pay a fee or having to pay for your own marketing materials, to the worst one - unpaid commissions. With Mackenzie HealthCare, you will always know what you earn, see what you sold, when and where. It’s simple with Mackenzie HealthCare: 50% commission is an easy and transparent number.
We provide everything you need; ALL Marketing Materials, Brochures, samples, Script Pads, Customized Script Pads, etc are provided at zero cost. There is zero out of pocket cost to you to sell for us. We provide you virtual training (no travel). You provide your strong relationships with Physicians.
You can do this Full-time, or “On The Side” if you are currently employed by a traditional Pharma, Medical, or HealthCare company. Again, Physician Relationships are Key!
As mentioned, we offer: The VERY BEST COMMISSION IN THE INDUSTRY ON THE PRODUCTS WE REPRESENT (50%) on all sales, repeat orders, and refills. We accept ALL insurances: In-Network, Out of Network, PPO, TRICARE, WORKERS COMP, (and Medicare,& Medicaid for some items). EASY to sell, hands-off products. All orders sent to pharmacy, you don't have to touch or inventory products. Just Sell.
Average Reps are making between $30-50K+/month in RX Compounding alone. Above average Reps make much more. “On The Side” reps make $10-20K/month. Watch out for the fly-by-night companies promising high 6-figure monthly commissions; it’s just not legally possible with the insurance reimbursements, stark or anti-kickback laws.
*Commissions on Pharmacy Compounding vary based on the patients insurance, but can range on average anywhere between $100-$400-$2000 per script, and some as much as $9-10K, depending on the RX compound.
You are welcome to sell everything we have. All of our products / services go hand-in-hand, and we sell them all to the same physician call points.
Commission is same across the board - 50%:
We also sell DNA testing, Toxicology Testing, and Lab Diagnostics testing.
*If a Physician orders between 200 - 500 Genetic Tests per month, and you are making (in commission) $90-$125 per insurance reimbursed test; how much can you make per month? You can see the incredible opportunity with our Genetic Testing as well.
Toxicology testing pays $100-$300 per test. Most physicians do 100-200 Toxicology screens per month/ per office.
Lab Diagnostics testing pays between $100-$3,500 per test, depending on the test, from CBC to Anti-Aging to Full PSA, Cancer & Cardiology screenings, and everything else.
*Now combine the monthly commissions for both Pharmaceutical Compounding & our other products, as most Physicians will write for all.
QUALIFICATIONS
We only hire Reps with current or recent Physician relationships. If you have strong relationships with Key Influencers/Writers & can follow up and close, you will make a tremendous income! You earn the same commission on the first sale as you do all repeat sales and refill orders. You do not need more than 10-20 local accounts to be extremely successful with us. Our reps who come from a traditional Medical or Pharma background always look back and say, "why didn't they do this sooner?"
We are very selective and are seeking the following requirements; only proven Medical, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, and HealthCare Sales Reps will be considered.
You must have:
Existing good relationships with physicians, the stronger the relationship, the better for you.
Two or Four-year college degree preferred. Four year is strongly preferred. Those with a 0-2 year degree must have a high level of documented (brag-book) Medical, Pharmaceutical, or HC sales success.
1-10++ years documented successful Medical, Diagnostics, Pharmaceutical, HealthCare Sales experience.
Hospital sales is a plus.
Nurses with proven successful Sales experience & Very Strong Physician Relationships will be considered
Documented Experience calling on: Pain Management, Cardiology, D.O., Physiatrists, Rheumatologists, Podiatrists, Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Neurosurgeons, Hand Therapists, Clinics, Military Base Physicians, and other specialty areas ins a MUST.
Diligent, personal & time management skills.
Ability to work very successfully as an independent 1099 representative with NO supervision.
Ability to develop new business and expand relationships with existing customers.
Consistent written and oral communication skills.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a mobile phone, a computer and internet access.
Must represent company in a highly professional and ethical manner.
Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
