The Board voted unanimously to refer this matter to Executive Session

for legal advice

After Executive Session, the Board voted unanimously to

initiate a case against Wickliffe Pharmaceuticals,

Inc.’s nonresident pharmacy registration, then to

dismiss the case. The Board found that there was no reasonable cause to warrant further action at this time.
