FDA study of generic equivalency includes drug made at banned Wockhardt plant
The FDA issued an import alert in November for Wockhardt's plant in Chikalthana, India. One of the products made at the plant was metoprolol succinate, which the agency is now testing over questions of effectiveness and side effects.
