2nd Amended Judgment. Defendant's sentenced reduced to 27 months. 1st Amended Judgment - modification to Restitution and Forfeiture. All provisions of the Judgment entered August 1, 2012 remain imposed. JUDGMENT (August 2012): Sentenced to 37 months imprisonment, followed by 3 years of supervised release with special conditions. $200 special assessment imposed. Determination of restitution deferred until October 19, 2012. The defendant shall forfeit $4,740,836 or substitute property up to that amount, pursuant to Final Order of Forfeiture dated May 14, 2009.
