Seventh Question of the Day November 23, 2013 Should Congress increase the FDA budget to include FTEs (full time positions) to carry out its mission under the DQSA? Is it really fair to expect the FDA to regulate a newly created industry-the outsourcing facilities industry--without fully funding them to do so?
