This compounding pharmacy was
issued a Statement of Charges in January 2013 for failure to comply
with pharmacy compounding requirements and engaging in the unlawful
manufacture of unapproved drug products following a NABP-conducted inspection
which revealed the pharmacy was selling non patient specific compounded
medications into Iowa for practitioner “office use” which are not
FDA approved. In June 2013, the Board approved an order to dismiss
the current statement of charges without prejudice.
