Fourth Question of the Day November 23, 2013 Are state boards of pharmacy examining their forms and registrations to bring them in compliance with the DQSA? For example, are they revising their forms so a pharmacy can show it has elected to voluntary stay a traditional pharmacy or not voluntarily registered as an outsourcing facility with the FDA. The better the information on the form the more informed the public can be.
