Question of the Day October 13, 2013 Should the Department of Justice be granting immunity to "insiders" of compounding pharmacies in order to pursue more prosecutions? Insiders can be anyone willing to disclose confidential evidence that could be incriminating to the insider as well as others. Former or disgruntled employees of a business are often the best source of the evidence needed, but these folks often are afraid to talk to the government for fear of being prosecuted themselves.
