More Veterinarians, Consumers and Compouders Beware! Pegasus also sued Wedgewood Village Pharmacy for Patent Infringement on 6/27/2013

As already noted Pegasus has sued Diamondback and Weatherford Compounding Pharmacy for patent infringement.  See blog post here What went unnoticed to some was that Pegasus had also sued Wedgewood Village Pharmacy, Inc. on June 27, 2013, for the same patent infringement.  View the complaint filed against Wedgewood here.  The docket sheet is shown below for the Wedgewood case.
