Gary Osborn Files Motion to Limit His Fine in Federal District Court to not more than $100,000

Gary Osborn has filed a motion in the Northern District of Texas to limit the fine imposed at sentence to no more than $100,000.  Apothecare has not filed a similar motion.  Osborn and Apothecare are scheduled to be sentenced on September 21, 2012.  The motion can be viewed here.
