Arizonia Board of Pharmacy No Longer Requires Non--Resident Pharmacies to Havel an Arizona licensed Pharmacist as their POC

Effective 07/14/2014

Non-Resident Pharmacies will no longer be required to have an Arizona licensed pharmacist listed as their pharmacist-in-charge (PIC). You may list the PIC for your facility along with their resident state license number. Please note; the Board can decide, in future, to reinstate the Arizona PIC licensure requirement. If so, applicable notice will be provided to the non-resident permit holders.
